Lease at Ease is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Appointment Setter & Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced property leasing team. In this role, you will be responsible for posting new property listings on marketing platforms, conducting initial tenant qualification, and scheduling appointments for our leasing agents. This is a full-commission role in a high-speed, competitive environment—ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, strong internal coordination, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Your efforts will directly drive leasing success, tenant placement, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post new property listings promptly across designated marketing platforms upon intake.
  • Conduct initial tenant qualification by asking pre-screening questions and assessing suitability for available units.
  • Schedule appointments for leasing agents based on qualified prospects, ensuring smooth handoff and clear communication.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate records of all interactions in our internal system or CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure internal communication is seamless and up-to-date.
  • Stay organized, proactive, and responsive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Represent Lease at Ease professionally at all times, maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to ask qualifying questions effectively.
  • High level of competency, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and high-volume environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent internal communication skills to ensure smooth coordination with the leasing team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or property management software is a plus.
  • Prior experience in real estate, property management, or marketing is an advantage.
