Required Candidate attributes
At least 7 years' experience operating a combined owned and lease held regional commercial portfolio for one or more large organizations or / corporations.
Direct experience in the Canadian region an advantage.
Demonstrable track record of being able to manage and develop teams of Real Estate professionals
Able to efficiently manage remote resources
