About the Role:
We're hiring motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Representatives who are ready to level up their business. At HC Realty, you're not just joining a brokerage — you're partnering with a team that actively invests in your growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Successfully navigating the role of a real estate agent involves performing a broad scope of requisite duties and responsibilities. These include:
- Engaging in networking, branding, and marketing efforts to generate leads and secure referrals, increasing your portfolio of property listings and attracting potential buyers.
- Researching and conducting comparative market analyses, evaluating property conditions, and determining property values.
- Marketing properties to prospective buyers by composing compelling descriptions, utilizing MLS, operating drones, taking high-quality photos, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Showing listings with a focus on buyer needs, accurate property information, and respect for the seller's privacy and security.
- Conducting open houses, including promotion, staging preparation, and fielding inquiries from potential buyers.
- Educating and supporting clients through the buying and selling process to ensure they understand each step and maintain realistic expectations.
- Negotiating deals on behalf of clients to ensure their best interests are represented.
- Drafting and managing real estate contracts in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
