POSITION :

We are seeking an experienced Accounting specialist to join our team at our Toronto branch in Mississauga Ontario.

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Maintains the company's accounting records, including cheque preparation, invoice payments, deposit handling, journal entries, and daily bank reconciliations.

  • Reconciles the accounts payable ledger, ensuring that all bills and payments are accurately recorded and posted.

  • Prepares GST/HST tax returns using OPUS.

  • Uploads in OPUS regarding the employees' payrolls.

  • Prepares and analyzes accounts receivable and accounts payable aging reports.

  • Handles other ad hoc assignments such as processing bank deposits, disbursements, expense vouchers, and managing accounts payable and receivable transactions (including e-transfer, EFT, wire transfer, and cheque issuance).

QUALIFICATION:

  • Experience in related accounting tasks (preferred)

  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to accuracy

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field

  • Fluency in both English and Korean

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
