Role Summary We are looking for a  full-time, on-site Accountant who is passionate about numbers, organization, and client service. This role is ideal for someone with a background in accounting or bookkeeping who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants to grow professionally. Key Responsibilities: · Support clients with their day-to-day accounting needs. · Prepare and maintain financial records with accuracy and attention to detail. · Assist in preparing reports and summaries to help clients understand their finances. · Maintain payroll schedules across multiple clients, ensuring deadlines are met. · Remit to the WSIB and CRA. · Work with accounting software (training provided). · Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed. Preferred Qualifications · Background or education in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field. · Comfort working with numbers and attention to detail. · Good organizational and time management skills. · Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (fluency in both is required). · Willingness to learn new systems and grow within the company.
