About the Role

We are seeking an
experienced and motivated Senior Laser Technician / Medical Aesthetician
to join our professional team. The ideal candidate is
technically skilled
,
client-focused
, and has a
strong sales record
with proven results in the field of advanced medical aesthetics.

You will play a key role in
delivering exceptional results

building client loyalty

through your expertise and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments including:
  • Laser Hair Removal
    (Cynosure Elite iQ, Alexandrite/Nd:YAG)
  • RF Microneedling
    (Venus Viva, Morpheus8, etc.)
  • Fractional & Q-Switched Lasers
  • IPL Photofacials & Skin Rejuvenation
  • Radiofrequency & Facial Tightening Treatments
  • Custom Facials, Peels, and Combination Treatments
  • Conduct detailed
    consultations and treatment plans
    for clients with professionalism and expertise.
  • Provide
    pre- and post-treatment care
    and product recommendations.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate
    client records
    and ensure compliance with all clinic protocols.
  • Promote
    treatment packages and retail skincare products
    with confidence and integrity.
  • Ensure an outstanding
    client experience
    that reflects 4D Skin Care Clinic's high standards.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of clinical experience
    as a Laser Technician or Medical Aesthetician.
  • Hands-on expertise with
    Cynosure, Lutronic, Venus, or similar laser/RF technologies.
  • Proficient in RF Microneedling, Fractional Lasers, IPL, Q-Switched, and RF treatments.
  • Strong background in consultation-based sales
    and a proven record of client retention.
  • Excellent
    communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Medical Aesthetics and Laser Safety Certification
    (required).
  • Previous experience in a
    medical, dermatology, or high-end aesthetic clinic
    (preferred).
