Reports to: Office Manager & CEO (Dr. Noya)

Objective: The Lead Clinical Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician will perform all the same tasks as the injectors with an added leadership component. Perform skin, laser and device based treatments on patients in a safe manner (facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, RF microneedling, body contouring etc). Conduct patient consultations, assessments, create treatment plans and maintain chart records. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment. Maintain customer service with every patient including managing post treatment side effects, complications and the overall patient experience. The medical aesthetician/Laser Tech will see patients independently and report to the Office Manager and the Lead Medical Aesthetician/Laser Tech.

The Lead Clinical Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician is responsible for overseeing the Med Aesthetician & Laser team. They problem solve with the team with managing difficult cases, complications and patient complaints. They are also involved in training and mentoring to ensure the Med Aestheticians & Laser Techs are continuously finetuning their skill set as well as help troubleshoot any questions they may have to ensure they are able to perform optimally and meet sales targets. They will work closely with the office manager for managing inventory levels and organizing training days with our suppliers.

Qualifications:

- Certified Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician Required
- 5+ years experience in performing Medical Aesthetician Services (Facials Chemical Peels, Microneedling Dermaplaning) and Laser Treatments (RF Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal and similar devices)
- CPR training
- Strong customer service background
- Sales background
- Staying up-to-date on non-surgical cosmetic procedures
- Ability to handle emergency situations through to resolution
- Passion for the aesthetic industry and patient care
- Strong leadership and teaching background
