ATN's Youth Employment and Skills Strategy Program (YESS ) can assist you in obtaining and keeping paid employment, as we as in building employment skills, while being paid for it.

YESS is a 15-week skills development, supported job-search, and paid work program, consisting of:

· 5 weeks of PAID employment skills training in a group setting, in-person Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. with the exception of Wednesdays, which are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m)

· 10 weeks of a PAID work (25 paid hours/ week

· Certifications personalized to your work goals

· Fun and continuous interactive workshops

Please note: The program begins Monday December 15th , 2026.

Most workshops are held in-person at ATN Access, and work opportunities happen on-site in London, Ontario

Spaces are limited

This program is funded by the Government of Canada.
