Customer Service Representative
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services
- Manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism
- Follow established scripts, workflows, and company procedures
- Document interactions and update customer records in internal databases
- Address customer complaints with patience, empathy, and effective resolution
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude under pressure
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable following scripts and structured processes
- Prior customer service experience is an asset, but not required
Compensation
- $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience
Hours of Operation
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Scheduling Needs
We are actively seeking candidates available for evening shifts (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM) and weekends.
While schedules are based on business needs, open availability is strongly preferred.
This is for an existing role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
