Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services
  • Manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism
  • Follow established scripts, workflows, and company procedures
  • Document interactions and update customer records in internal databases
  • Address customer complaints with patience, empathy, and effective resolution
  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude under pressure

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable following scripts and structured processes
  • Prior customer service experience is an asset, but not required

Compensation

  • $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Hours of Operation

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Scheduling Needs

We are actively seeking candidates available for evening shifts (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM) and weekends.

While schedules are based on business needs, open availability is strongly preferred.

This is for an existing role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
