Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and trust
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer value

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus (Multilingual/Bilingual)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Experience with data entry and CRM software is preferred
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and conflict resolution
