Marketing Assistant

Job Summary
We are a Music Production Studio active since 2001, but going full-time since 2015. I offer audio engineering services, as well as coaching, mentoring, and any other support to help musicians achieve the results they need. This year, we have more projects than time allows us to do. We would need an assistant who is focused on turning our existing content into regular lead magnets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Analyze trends, stategize our blog and website to provide better conversion.
- Create engaging graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop and Canva for various marketing channels.
- Manage and update website content using WordPress, ensuring it is current and aligned with marketing goals.
- Help structure an online course and program for musicians and become potentially a product manager.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings and managing online advertising through Facebook Advertising.
- Assist in the management of paid advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, ensuring effective budget allocation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to contribute innovative ideas.
Skills
- Music knowledge is important but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with Shopify.
- Have a creative flair, strong curiosity and thinking outside the box.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and practices.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva or any similar tools, for graphic design tasks.
- Basic to excellent Video Editing skills for IG reels, Youtube and other platforms.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising.
- Familiarity with online courses.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
