Executive Assistant to Marketing CEO

Our client is The CEO of a marketing company in Toronto and is responsible for the business's overall strategic direction, performance, and growth. They manage the company's resources and lead the team to achieve its vision, mission, and objectives.
This marketing research company helps global brands gain insights to build some of the most impactful brands in the world. For the past 19 years, they’ve been the industry leader in insights, innovation, and technology for their fortune 500 clients, and their CEO is looking for support to take them to even higher levels.

**Position Summary**:

Ensuring the CEO is focused during peak hours, mitigating distractions, and creating a positive space for ideation, are critical functions of this role.
**Compensation**:
- $55-60K

**Experience**:
1-3 years of direct EA experience
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
In one sentence, your role is to protect the CEO’s time.
You’ll do that by:
- Complex Calendar management (Outlook)
- Podcast Support: Identity, research, and coordinate with podcast guests
- Project management: drive tasks to completion
- Personal brand management for CEO
- Work with CEO on building a strong and consistent brand image that resonates with the target audience
- Social media administration
- Reviewing & Scheduling content posts
- Engage on CEO’s behalf with DMs, tags, etc.
- Travel planning
- Complex travel arrangements and Itinerary creation
- Support with disruptions during travel (rebooking, etc.)
- Expense reporting
- Complete detailed expense tracking and allocations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the processing
- Meeting management, research, and coordination
- Research and agenda planning
- Hosting & assisting with presentations
**Key Technical Skills**
- MS Teams
- MS Office
- Slack (admin experience is a plus)
- Hubspot (will train)
- Technical Skills
- proficient in using various software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
