About Flow & Glow Wellness:

Flow & Glow Wellness is a holistic wellness studio dedicated to helping women reconnect with their bodies and restore balance from within. We specialize in Brazilian lymphatic drainage and facial lymphatic massage, focusing on supporting women who experience inflammation, bloating, fatigue, and hormonal imbalance.

Our approach is rooted in gentle, healing touch and holistic wellness practices that promote detoxification, circulation, and emotional renewal.

We're growing our digital presence and looking for a creative, wellness-minded individual to join our team as a Marketing & SEO Assistant (Training Position).

About the Role:

This position is ideal for someone passionate about wellness and holistic healing, and interested in learning marketing skills within a nurturing, hands-on environment. You'll assist with content creation, SEO, and marketing strategy to help Flow & Glow Wellness reach more clients.

  • Support social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, Google)
  • Assist with SEO optimization and updating our Google Business profile
  • Research trending topics in lymphatic drainage, holistic health, and self-care
  • Help design visuals and captions using Canva
  • Brainstorm and schedule creative marketing campaigns
  • Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

  • Interest in wellness, skincare, and holistic health
  • Understanding of social media marketing or SEO
  • Creative eye and strong communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Experience with Canva, Instagram, or Google tools is a plus
