Technical Analyst Sales

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Pre-Sales Business Analyst (Technical
Analyst) to support our sales and solution engineering teams. You will lead discovery
discussions, understand client needs, and translate them into clear functional and
technical requirements. If you enjoy client interactions, problem-solving, and
connecting business needs with technical possibilities, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
• Participate in requirement-gathering calls, discovery workshops, and initial
solution discussions.
• Understand client business challenges and propose suitable product/technical
solutions.
• Support sales teams with client-facing presentations, demos, and solution
overviews.
Documentation & Analysis
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Scope of Work (SOW),
Proposals and other solution-related documentation.
• Develop product documentation, feature descriptions, user flows, and
functional specifications.
• Prepare presentations, proposal decks, and solution write-ups for internal and
client use.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical
requirements.
Technical & Solution Support
• Analyse client needs and map them to product capabilities and technical
architecture.
• Support solution design, integration discussions, and feasibility assessments.
• Assist in preparing POCs, demos, and RFP/RFI responses.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with product, engineering, sales, and delivery teams to ensure
alignment on solution design and customer expectations.
• Gather client and market feedback to support enhancements in product and
service offerings.
Required Skills and Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related
field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical
Analyst.
• Strong experience in creating BRDs, SOWs, product documentation, and
presentation decks.
• Solid understanding of software systems, APIs, integrations, workflows, and
technical architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with tools like MS Office, Excel, Visio/Lucid chart,
Confluence, Jira, or similar.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Experience with SaaS platforms or IT services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
