Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant, PAMO

Reports to: Operations Manager, PAMO, Manager, Advocacy and Outreach, Director, HR

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducts administrative duties to work towards achieving the goals and objectives for PAMO events and activities annually, including for:

o CHAMP 365.

o Presentations and Events.

o Annual Projects.

o Operation Legacy initiatives.

o Conferences, including CCMTA and AARA.

o Act as backup on (Re)Connect Events.

  • Responsible for the maintenance of the annual calendar of events and activities, and for advising other Divisions of ongoing initiatives.

  • Responsible for inbox maintenance, drafting and sending emails and correspondence to staff, external contacts and members on the above areas of focus.

  • Answer incoming phone calls or email inquiries for PAMO and redirect requests to appropriate staff, where applicable.

-Responsible for overseeing the filing system maintenance and docketing in the CRM.-Assists with all aspects pertaining to testimonials and obtaining Public Awareness consent.

-Administrative support and backup for member assessment for participation in events and activities.

  • Assists with all aspects of mailing resources and materials to members and the public.

-Additional areas of support include, but are not limited to:

o Arranging teleconference calls.

o Coordinating staff meeting scheduling and agendas.

o Coordinating birthday celebrations.

o Creating Meeting Minutes.

o Updating vacation calendar.

Start Date: January 12th, 2026

Job Type: Full-time
