Do you possess strong communication skills?

Public Outreach is looking for charitable fundraisers to represent Plan Canada

Plan International work strives to promote child rights and lift millions of children out of poverty. As a face to face fundraiser you are taking social responsibility in your hands by initiating conversation and signing up potential donors for monthly donations. Our goal is to achieve sustainable funding for the many charitable organizations that we represent.

The objective: To give citizens an opportunity to get involved and support Plan International through monthly contributions

Job Description Including but not limited to:

  • Working outdoors in all seasons
  • Presenting charitable information to potential donors
  • Asking potential donors for monthly donations
  • Maintaining fundraising targets and goals
  • Reporting to the fundraising manager

Job Specifications

  • Knowledgeable and passionate about the non-profit sector
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Fundraising experience is not a requirement but will be considered an asset
  • Minimum requirement of 3 shifts per week
