What You'll Be Doing
You're the bridge between the customer and the garage, the communicator, organizer, and problem-solver who keeps it all in motion. Here's what your day might look like:
- Greet customers like they're old friends (even when they just met you).
- Decode car problems and translate them into easy-to-understand solutions.
- Schedule appointments and make sure the shop runs like clockwork.
- Write up repair orders, get approvals, and keep everyone in the loop.
- Deliver updates that make customers say "wow, they really care"
- Partner with technicians to ensure every repair leaves the bay road-ready.
- Follow up after service — because happy customers don't just happen, they're created.
- Have 1–2 years of service advisor or automotive experience (dealership experience is a plus)
- Love cars and know your way around vehicle basics
- Stay cool under pressure — multitasking is your superpower
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Are detail-obsessed and organized to a fault
- Hold a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Show up polished, positive, and professional — always
