Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Finance Strategist (or Chief Digital Finance Officer) — a visionary leader who combines blockchain fluency with institutional finance expertise. The successful candidate will design and execute AvranceCorp's digital-asset capital-raising strategy, integrating blockchain-based financial products, tokenized securities, and regulatory-compliant fundraising models.

You will work directly with the CEO, CFO, and COO to align AvranceCorp's tokenization roadmap with its broader capital-markets strategy and upcoming public listing.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect the digital finance strategy for Avrance Exchange and related token offerings (utility and security tokens).
  • Design tokenomics, governance, and capital structures for multi-phase token raises.
  • Lead regulatory engagement with OSC, SEC, DFSA, and other relevant authorities.
  • Establish partnerships with digital-asset custodians, exchanges, and payment providers.
  • Oversee treasury management of token sale proceeds, liquidity pools, and investor-protection protocols.
  • Develop internal policies for compliance, cybersecurity, and audit-readiness ahead of IPO.
  • Advise on exchange-technology integration with finance and settlement systems.
  • Support investor-relations strategy and global capital-markets positioning.

Qualifications

  • 8 + years' experience in digital finance, blockchain, or capital-markets strategy.
  • Proven track record in tokenized fundraising, STOs, or exchange launches.
  • Strong knowledge of securities regulation (Canada, U.S., or global).
  • Experience structuring tokenomics, digital-asset treasuries, or blockchain finance models.
  • Advanced understanding of financial compliance, AML/KYC, and custody operations.
  • MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent financial designation preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and cross-disciplinary communication skills.
