About the Role

Webzylo is expanding fast, and we're looking for a talented
Marketing Strategist
to lead campaigns, elevate brand storytelling, and drive growth for both our agency and our clients.

If you love combining creativity with data, building marketing funnels, and crafting content that actually converts — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across social, web, email, and paid channels
  • Create content calendars, campaign plans, and brand messaging frameworks
  • Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google) and track performance
  • Oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality content
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Work with designers and developers to bring campaigns to life
  • Analyze data to improve ROI and optimize ongoing campaigns
  • Support client projects with marketing insights and execution

Who We're Looking For

  • 2–5+ years experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or growth marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance optimization
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client campaigns
  • Bonus: experience with WordPress/Elementor, Webflow, or Canva/Figma
  • Must be based in Toronto or GTA (hybrid/flexible)
