At Red Barn Market, we're passionate about serving our community with fresh, delicious deli and sandwich bar offerings. We're looking for a Sandwich Bar Supervisor to lead our Mattick's Farm team. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, support and guide staff, and ensure our customers always enjoy an excellent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise in various duties of the deli and sandwich bar such as cooking, packaging, and serving.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, helpful service that keeps our customers coming back.
  • Packaging & Labeling: Ensure that all products are properly labeled and priced.
  • Food Preparation: Maintain food preparation standards according to company guidelines.
  • Food Safety: Supervise employees in food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous deli or food service experience preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes and uphold presentation standards.
  • Customer-Focused: Friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Physical Stamina: Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
  • Availability: Must be available mornings starting at 6:00AM.
