At Red Barn Market, we take pride in providing our community with delicious deli offerings. As a Deli Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality deli products.

**Responsibilities**
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise in various duties of the deli and sandwich bar such as cooking, packaging, and serving.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver outstanding customer service.
- **Packaging & Labeling**: Ensure that all products are properly labeled and priced.
- **Food Preparation**: Maintain food preparation standards according to company guidelines.
- **Food Safety**: Supervise employees in food safety and sanitation procedures.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Food safety knowledge
- Experience: Previous work in a deli or food service environment.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team effectively.
- Availability: Flexible availability including weekends and evenings.
- Passion: A genuine love for quality deli offerings and exceptional customer service. Great attitude and work ethic.
