Job Summary

We are hiring experienced AZ / Class 1 Long Haul Team Drivers for cross-border, long-distance (OTR) dry van operations. This role is ideal for professional driving teams seeking consistent miles, organized routes, and a company that values communication, respect, and safety.

As part of our team, you will run steady Ontario–U.S. lanes, operating modern equipment and following structured schedules that maximize productivity. You and your co-driver will coordinate smooth handoffs, ensure safe operation of the truck, complete all inspections, accurately maintain logbooks/ELDs, and handle border documentation.

The ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working collaboratively through long shifts to ensure freight is delivered safely, professionally, and on time. We provide a supportive dispatch team, clear communication, and structured freight that keeps team drivers moving and earning consistently.

Duties

  • Operate AZ/Class 1 tractor-trailers as a team on long-haul, cross-border OTR routes
  • Transport dry van freight between Canada and the U.S.
  • Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate logbooks, ELD entries, and border documentation
  • Coordinate smooth driver shift changes
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
  • Ensure safe driving practices and on-time deliveries

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of verifiable long-haul / OTR AZ experience
  • Valid AZ/Class 1 license with a clean driver's abstract & CVOR
  • Ability to cross the Canada–U.S. border (passport, FAST card an asset)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Physically capable of performing standard driving duties
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
