Overview

We are seeking experienced AZ / Class 1 Long Haul Team Drivers to join our cross-border fleet. This position is ideal for professional driving teams looking for steady miles, long-distance routes, and a dependable carrier that values safety, communication, and respect.

As Team Drivers, you will operate modern dry-van equipment on Canada–U.S. OTR lanes, running efficient schedules that maximize your miles while keeping you moving. Our team routes are designed for reliability and consistency, helping you maintain strong earning potential while working alongside a trusted driving partner.

Your responsibilities include safe operation of the tractor-trailer, coordinating smooth team shifts, completing proper inspections, and maintaining all required logbook and border-crossing documentation. You will represent our company professionally at customer locations and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and timely delivery.

This role offers a supportive dispatch team, predictable freight, and well-organized cross-border operations that help team drivers stay productive and successful on the road.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate AZ/Class 1 commercial vehicles safely
  • Run cross-border, OTR, long-haul, and interstate routes
  • Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections
  • Maintain logbooks, ELDs, and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch
  • Ensure on-time deliveries and safe operations

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years AZ/Class 1 long-haul / OTR experience
  • Valid AZ license with a clean driver's abstract & CVOR
  • Ability to cross the Canada–U.S. border (passport/FAST preferred)
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, weekends as needed
  • Physically able to perform standard truck driver duties
  • Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and reliability.
