The Opportunity

Are you a self-starter with a passion for sales and the automotive industry? Do you enjoy building relationships both in-person and from a home base?

We are seeking a dynamic Inside & Outside Sales Representative for a hybrid role that offers variety and direct impact on our business. You will be the face of our company, managing our storefront and proactively growing our client base on the road. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on a changing schedule and enjoys both servicing existing accounts and hunting for new ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the storefront by assisting walk-in customers, answering phone and email inquiries, and processing sales orders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, providing expert product knowledge and outstanding customer service.
  • Travel within the assigned territory 2-3 days per week to meet with customers and prospects.
  • Proactively generate new business by visiting potential clients (door-knocking) at repair shops, fleets, and related businesses.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and work to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role; experience in the heavy truck parts, automotive, or industrial sales industry is a strong asset.
  • A valid G Driver's License and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively between in-store and on-the-road duties.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for building a customer base.
