Vision Truck Group – Body Shop (Ayr)

Auto Body Technician / Painter

Monday-Friday - 7am-4:30pm

Vision Truck Group is looking for an experienced, skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician/Painter to join our Ayr Body Shop team. This is your opportunity to join one of Ontario's leading full-service heavy truck dealerships—representing premium brands Mack and Volvo—and be part of a team known for exceptional service, rapid repairs, and a technician-first culture.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform body repairs and modifications on customer trucks.
  • Performing sandblasting operations in preparation for painting.
  • Mix and apply paint according to specifications.
  • Ensure repairs are done in a timely fashion with a focus on quality workmanship.
  • Daily inspection of shop equipment and personal tools for signs of damage that require immediate attention.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment aligned with Vision's high standards.

What You'll Bring:

  • 310B Auto Body and Collision Technician License preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role considered an asset
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and delivering work on time
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset
