About You

You're allergic to boring copy. You cringe at robotic, AI-sounding text (no offence, ChatGPT) and believe words should have personality. You're a storyteller at heart—someone who can turn "just another email" into something people actually want to read. You love crafting captions that make people stop scrolling and creating content that feels human, fresh, and fun. You're quick on your feet, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can switch from writing a blog post to brainstorming TikTok ideas without breaking a sweat.

What You'll Do

Copywriting & Content Development

  • Write and edit copy that sounds like a human wrote it (because one did)—emails, onboarding messages, announcements, blog posts, and internal communications.
  • Craft website copy and ad content that's clear, clever, and on-brand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to dream up campaigns that make people say, "Wow, that's smart."

Social Media & Visual Content

  • Create scroll-stopping social content—TikToks, Reels, graphics, and casual videos that feel authentic.
  • Write captions that spark engagement and keep our brand voice consistent across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Schedule, publish, and interact with our community (because social is a two-way street).

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media, with a strong focus on copywriting and content creation.
  • A portfolio that proves you know your way around words and visuals.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for tone, grammar, and flow.
  • Experience creating and managing content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Comfortable with light video editing (especially TikTok/Reels style).
  • You're cool with being the friendly face in our social content.

Who You'll Be Working With:

Dasa
is our big-picture thinker, always chasing the next idea (and usually coming up with three more along the way). She's the one steering the vision for where we're headed, while also leading Marketing and Sales to spread the word. Outside of work, she loves baking up beautiful desserts (and yes, she fully supports cake for breakfast ).

Amarissa
keeps our marketing world spinning. As our Marketing Team Lead, she manages every project, campaign, and trade show — making sure everything stays on track and looks amazing. She's the one behind the booth at most of our events, chatting with customers and keeping things running smoothly. When she's not wrangling marketing plans, she's spending time with her true love: horses. (Actually, that includes any animal within a 10-foot radius.)

Brendon
is the creative eye behind everything we put out into the world. As our graphic designer, he's the reason every brand, website, and ad looks top-notch. He's big into music, coffee, and skateboarding — though he claims he's "retired" from most skate tricks these days. Golf is his new passion. Whether it's a sleek logo or a last-minute flyer, Brendon's designs always make us look way cooler than we actually are.

Lauren
is our digital marketing pro, making sure our ads reach the right people and our budgets stay happy. She's also the mastermind behind all our free printable resources for tutors. Before joining the team, she designed escape rooms and built game props — so it's no surprise her creativity now powers our campaigns. When she's not working, she's usually crafting theatre costumes, cosplay outfits, or planning her next Disney park adventure.

Adam
is our demo and onboarding specialist — the guy who can make anyone excited about our software. He spends his days chatting with potential customers and automating anything that moves (thanks to his Zapier obsession). Outside of work, he runs a side hustle selling gadgets and random treasures — once even turning his car trunk into a pop-up shop. If you need something, Adam's got a guy for it.
