**Position Overview**: We are seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to handle media production, content management for social platforms, and ad creation. This role supports our CMO by focusing on engaging visual and written content to drive brand awareness and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality media (images, videos, graphics) for social media channels.
- Manage content creation calendar, including ideation, production, and scheduling.
- Design and optimize ads for social media platforms to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing team to align content with brand strategy.
- Analyze content performance and iterate based on metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media content creation and ad management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work (required for consideration).
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut, or similar.
- Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills.
- Must be local to our area; remote applicants not considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
