**Social Media Content Creator - Join IMP Digital**

**Location**: Burlington, Ontario (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)

We are looking for a **Social Media Content Creator** who excels at producing engaging content, designing compelling visuals in Canva, managing multiple accounts, and scheduling posts across platforms. If you live and breathe social media, understand trends, and can create content that drives engagement, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation** - Develop engaging and brand-aligned social media posts, including graphics, short-form videos, captions, and stories.
- **Canva Design** - Create visually appealing posts, carousels, and templates for various platforms.
- **Scheduling & Publishing** - Manage content calendars and schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Hootsuite.
- **Trend Monitoring** - Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content to incorporate relevant strategies.
- **Client Collaboration** - Work with multiple clients, understand their brand voice, and create content tailored to their audience.
- **Community Engagement** - Monitor comments, engage with followers, and respond to messages to foster community growth.
- **Analytics & Reporting** - Track content performance, identify insights, and adjust strategies based on data-driven decisions.

**Qualifications**
- **2+ years of experience in social media content creation and management**:

- **Proficiency in Canva** for graphic design and content creation
- **Experience scheduling content** in platforms like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Hootsuite
- **Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and best practices** across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- **Ability to manage multiple clients** and shift between different brand voices seamlessly
- **Excellent writing and editing skills** for crafting compelling captions and post copy
- **Experience in video editing** for short-form social media content is a plus
- **Agency experience preferred** but not required
