  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Development Manager to support our Dulux locations in Moncton and the surrounding areas. In this role, every day truly is unique. You will call on a diverse range of professional customers—painting contractors for new homes and high-rise buildings, commercial and residential repaint specialists, property maintenance teams, manufacturing and industrial maintenance groups, powder coaters, industrial applicators, municipal departments, and many others.

You will be supported by our manufacturing plant and distribution center in Toronto, a sales team of eight across the Atlantic region, local management committed to your success, and a national marketing team ready to assist with resources and strategies.

Position: Account Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs and objectives.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.

· Use Salesforce to manage account information, track activity, and analyze performance metrics.

· Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored solutions for client requirements.

· Regularly analyze account performance and recommend continuous improvements.

· Lead negotiations to secure agreements that align with company goals.

· Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and market insights for management review.

Requirements

· Experience in the coatings industry; both architectural and industrial experience are strong assets.

· Proven success in account management or B2B sales.
