Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards
  • Perform account reconciliation and account analysis to ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Lead budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against budgets
  • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other platforms to maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training on accounting procedures and software tools
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors as needed
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the finance department

Skills

  • Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budgeting processes
  • Expertise in account reconciliation and account analysis
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports
