About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented
SaaS Sales Representative
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and helping construction industry clients leverage our technology platform to improve efficiency, communication, and project performance.

If you have experience selling software—especially within the construction sector—or if you have strong construction industry knowledge and are eager to transition into tech sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and other construction professionals.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client pain points and position our SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of pipeline activity, forecasting, and customer interactions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, or technology solutions selling.
  • Experience or familiarity with the construction industry is a strong asset.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable delivering virtual and in-person product demos.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to manage a high-volume pipeline.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.
