**What We’re Looking For**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Representative** to join our fast-growing team. Your primary role will be to generate leads, build relationships with property managers and investors, and close renovation projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Provide estimates and explain CRC’s services
- Manage CRM and follow-up schedules
- Work closely with project managers and site crews to ensure smooth client handoff

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales (construction/renovation industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

**Benefits**:

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
