Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: 875 Main Street W. Hamilton Ontario.

Position Type: Commission-based with bonuses and profit-sharing potential

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation and Outreach: Actively seek out new leads through door knocking, cold calling, and various outreach efforts.
- Lead Nurturing and Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up communication with potential clients to nurture interest and build relationships.
- Partnerships and Cross-Promotions: Identify and establish potential partnerships with local businesses and organizations for cross-promotional opportunities.
- Event Coordination: Plan, host, and represent the gym at local events, community booths, and other promotional gatherings.
- Referral Program Management: Encourage and manage a referral program to bring in new leads through satisfied members.
- Tracking and Reporting: Track all sales activities, analyze progress, and provide regular reports to the management team.

- Sales Skills: Proven ability to engage, persuade, and close deals, with a deep understanding of sales techniques and lead nurturing.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust strategies and approaches based on feedback, data, and market trends.
- Overcoming Objections: Skilled in handling objections and turning challenges into opportunities.
- Comfortable with Rejection: Resilient and unfazed by rejection; motivated to keep moving forward.
- Willingness to Learn: Openness to training, feedback, and evolving sales techniques.
- People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable personality and the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box to generate new leads and bring in memberships creatively.

Compensation:

- Commission-Based Pay: Compensation is based on sales and leads brought into the gym, with higher rewards for leads that convert into memberships.
- Bonuses: Performance bonuses are awarded based on individual and team achievements.
- Profit-Sharing: Eligible for annual profit-sharing, aligning with the growth and success of the gym.
