Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Candidates should possess good years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role coordinating between business and technical teams.

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical perspectives.

  • Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting systems (hands-on experience not required but beneficial).

  • Strong understanding of SQL and data warehousing concepts and principles

  • Proactive and organized approach to managing ambiguity, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Bonus Familiarity with insurance industry operations, actuarial workflows, or financial modeling concepts.

  • BSA experience growing understanding of actuarial data workflows

  • Familiarity with ETL reporting concepts and data pipeline basics.

  • Facilitates cross-team discussions maintains RAID logs
