Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Associate to join our team at B&J Warehousing. In this role, you will support the daily financial operations of the company, including bookkeeping, invoicing, account reconciliation, and assisting with monthly financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have prior accounting or bookkeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.

Candidates with experience in logistics or international trade companies will be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily bookkeeping, data entry, and transaction recording using accounting software.
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on payments.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable management.
  • Reconcile bank statements, expense reports, and vendor accounts.
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in budget tracking and cost analysis.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth accounting and operational processes.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience required.
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
  • Experience in logistics or warehousing is an asset.
