The Sales Account Associate will act as the principal point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication regarding the products and services available to them. This role involves addressing all customer inquiries and proactively identifying solutions to potential issues before they arise. **Core Responsibilities of the Sales Account Associate**:

- Educate and inform consumers about top-tier internet and wireless services and any qualifying programs through direct engagement.
- Employ negotiation skills, as taught by the Senior Account Manager, to effectively manage customer questions, comments, and concerns.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with existing and new clients to improve customer retention and brand loyalty.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to present service plans in a compelling manner.
- Collaborate with the Sales Account Associate team to track and record customer account information, conduct territory research, and analyze market trends, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Represent our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm, all while meeting and exceeding established sales goals.

**Qualifications for the Sales Account Associate**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; upper-level coursework or a degree is highly desirable, but not required.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills in both team settings and individual interactions.
- A forward-thinking mindset with a strong desire for career advancement within the company.
- An ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$72,841.98 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
