As
Controller
, you'll oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and controls. You'll play a key role in supporting the company's growth through strong financial stewardship and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle accounting (GL, AP, AR, payroll, tax remittances, fixed assets, reconciliations).
  • Lead monthly financial close and reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Develop and maintain cost accounting, cash flow forecasting, and inventory control.
  • Partner with operations and engineering to support project budgets and cost tracking.
  • Manage insurance, banking, and audit relationships.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and year-end preparation.
  • Supervise and support a small finance/admin team.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • CPA designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • 5-10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership.
  • Strong technical skills in ERP/accounting systems and Excel.
  • Proven ability to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and operational support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
