The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on Controller who can run the finance engine for a high-growth group of companies. This is a small, entrepreneurial team, so you'll be directly involved in everything — from cash-flow forecasting and consolidations to system improvements and board-level reporting.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle accounting for multiple entities (Affinity IFS, Decca, Artisan, and partnerships).
  • Deliver monthly consolidated financials, margin and project reports, and cash-flow forecasts.
  • Invoicing, bill payments, AR/AP, payroll, and treasury functions with precision and speed.
  • Build scalable processes, strong internal controls, and system automation.
  • Partner with leadership on budgets, financing, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support ongoing acquisitions and integration of new business units.

What You Bring

  • CPA strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of accounting experience, including multi-entity or construction/facility-services exposure.
  • Strong technical accounting and operational finance skills.
  • Track record of tightening controls, improving reporting, and shortening month-ends.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment.
