Our client is a rapidly growing, founder-led business entering a new stage of expansion. They are looking for a hands-on Controller to build their financial foundation and lead accounting, financial operations, and reporting alongside the leadership team.

Responsibilities Included But Limited To Include

  • Oversee all accounting operations, including AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial modeling to support growth and strategic decisions.
  • Prepare financial statements and KPIs for leadership, partnering across teams to optimize processes.
  • Ensure compliance, coordinate audits, and maintain strong internal controls and risk management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field .(CPA is a strong asset)
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role of leadership in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
