Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The position can be pure Incentive based or Hybrid, depending on the Candidate and Experience.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, telemarketing, and networking.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Develop tailored marketing strategies to target potential clients and expand market reach.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and forecast sales performance.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to foster long-term relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in technology or technical sales environments.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for expanding market reach.
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to understand and address client needs professionally.
  • Demonstrated success in inside sales roles with a focus on business development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
