Job Description: We are currently seeking two casual workers to join our team. The role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Exterior Cleaning: Pressure washing, high-reach cleaning, and litter collection
  • Repairs & Renovations: General repairs, bathroom/kitchenette installations, custom metalwork and welding
  • Site Clean-Up & Waste Management: Construction clean-ups, debris removal, disaster recovery
  • Parking Lot & Asphalt Maintenance: Line painting, asphalt patching, sign and bollard installation
  • Equipment Detailing: Washing and detailing company vehicles and equipment
  • General Duties: Safe operation of tools and equipment, ensuring clean and safe work areas, responding to maintenance requests
  • Equipment Detailing: Washing and detailing of vehicles and equipment.
  • Performing general maintenance duties as assigned
  • Operating and maintaining tools and equipment
  • Ensuring work areas are clean and safe
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge and ability to use specific tools (e.g., hand tools etc.)
  • Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's Licence (must be eligible to drive company fleet vehicles)
  • Clean Driver's Abstract (no traffic violations; must be provided upon request)
  • Legally Eligible to Work in Canada
