De Jong Enterprises is a logistics and trucking company offering a role of Support Specialist in our Woodstock location located at 261 Woodall Way. If you pride yourself on your customer support skills this opportunity is for you

As a Support Specialist, you will be in direct communication with our customers, assisting them with their orders – data entry, customs compliance, order tracking and inventory management, all while maintaining our On-Time-Delivery targets and excellence in customer service.

As a Support Specialist, you will:

  • Receive and respond to customer orders and enquiries
  • Accurately enter orders for pickup & shipping
  • Assist customers with order status & tracking
  • Ensure orders & drivers are prepared for customs clearance
  • Sound knowledge for the transportation / trucking industry

As a successful candidate you will have the following:

  • Post-Secondary or High school diploma, or equivalent skills and experience
  • 1 year of customer support experience is an asset
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Provide a high level of customer support
  • Excellent computer skills, with demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs.

· Telephone skills, listening and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, be dependable, emotional control, and good reporting skills
