As demand for recreational and backyard structures continues to grow, we are expanding our sales team with an experienced Sales Account Manager to work from our Concord head office showroom.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a senior-level Sales Account Manager who excels in consultative selling and relationship management. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who is confident managing high-value client conversations, guiding customers through the cabin kit process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries from prospective clients
Lead clients through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to close
Maintain accurate and detailed records within our CRM system
Execute timely follow-ups and nurture leads to conversion

Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate order entry
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and digital platforms
Provide knowledgeable guidance on cabin kits, bunkies, and building-related topics
Support promotional initiatives and showroom-based sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in a Sales Account Manager or senior sales role
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Strong experience working with CRM systems
High proficiency in digital communication and client engagement
Passion for, and solid knowledge of, cabin kits, construction, or building products
Confident closer with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused
