About Us

The Bumwrap is a long-standing Penticton swimwear + apparel boutique known for great energy, great customer service, and helping people feel confident. We're looking for a reliable, friendly, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We have both part-time and full-time positions available, please be sure to indicate which you'd prefer.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and create a welcoming, upbeat environment
  • Assist with sizing, fit, and product recommendations
  • Deliver strong customer service and support a smooth shopping experience
  • Operate our POS system and handle purchases accurately
  • Keep the store tidy, organized, and well-presented
  • Restock, style mannequins, and help with merchandising
  • Communicate clearly with team leads and support both store locations
  • Follow store policies, including punctuality, professionalism, and attendance

Requirements

  • Reliable and consistently able to show up for scheduled shifts
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work a mix of weekdays + weekends
  • Comfortable working at both our Main Street and Lakeside Resort locations
  • Retail experience not necessary
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
  • Enjoys fashion, styling, and helping others feel great

Schedule

  • Part-time: 2–4 shifts per week
  • Full-time: 5 shifts per week
  • Mix of daytime, afternoon, and weekend shifts
