Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to be assigned at ILAHUI Canada, Millwoods Town Centre to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with their purchases, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within the shift.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
  • Stay informed about promotions, product launches, and store policies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong cash handling skills and experience with POS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our service to diverse customers.
  • A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
