This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door, with the strong potential for this role to grow into a full-time position as our business expands.
Key Responsibilities:As our Administrative Assistant, you will be crucial to providing excellent customer service and ensuring our front office runs efficiently. Your duties will include:
- Client Greeting & Communication: Warmly greeting clients, managing incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate service advisor or technician.
- Parts Receiving & Inventory: Accurately receiving, signing for, and organizing incoming parts shipments, and assisting with maintaining tidy parts inventory storage.
- Shuttle Driving: Providing professional and timely client shuttle service within the local Sylvan Lake area. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
- Administrative Support: Performing miscellaneous essential office tasks, such as filing, organizing paperwork, data entry, and other duties to support the office and shop team.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time hours, primarily in the afternoons.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, proficiency with basic computer applications.
- Attitude: A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
- Requirements: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
