**Position Overview**

The HR/Recruitment Assistant assists the HR department with various administrative and office support activities for the Sylvan Lake office of CWC Energy Services Corp.

**Reporting Relationship**

This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager, CWC Energy Services Corp, Sylvan Lake, Alberta office

**Reporting Relationship**

The HR/Recruitment Assistant has the authority to complete the day to day administration duties as requested by the HR Manager, CWC Energy Services Corp.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Assist with Recruiting, screening, and interview process for Well Service Field positions
- Drafting and Posting Open Field Job Postings
- Go to person for Operations Teams who need assistance with Recruiting/ATS system
- Maintenance and regular compliance auditing of Well Service division Field Employee Training files
- Auditing of New and Rehire Personnel files for all districts
- Assist with organizing and attending of career fairs and other Recruiting events
- Liaise with all departments and areas
- Assist HR Manager and HR Coordinator with various HR Projects/presentations
- Supports Operations Assistant (Sylvan Lake) with onboarding of new hires
- Backup support and vacation coverage for HR Coordinator, Operations Assistant and Transportation Assistant
- Other related administrative support duties as required

**Educational Requirements**
- Grade 12 Education
- 3-5 years related experience.
- Knowledge of Oil field, specifically with Recruitment and Onboarding
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Good understanding of HR functions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience with Recruitment and Selection hiring process an asset
