The Role

We're looking for a Operations Associate who will report to the Chief of Operations Office. This person will play a key role in configuring internal systems, set up client accounts, and ensure smooth communication with our partners and end users. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive in keeping projects on track in a fast-moving environment.

This is a hybrid position with 2 days a week in our Toronto midtown office.

What You'll Be Doing

While no day is "average" here at HONK, some of the things you can expect to work on include...

Client Onboarding Support:

Assist with the setup of new clients, account configuration, and data entry into internal systems.

System Configuration:

Configure internal operational systems (non-engineering) to reflect client requirements, add new zones, and ensure setup accuracy.

Customer & End-User Communication:

Handle incoming tickets and email inquiries from B2B clients and end users, providing timely and professional support.

Process Coordination:

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and operational alignment for new and existing accounts.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, configuration changes, and customer interactions.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve accuracy, and enhance client onboarding experiences.

About You

2-4 years of experience in operations, client support, or a similar coordination role.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and managing digital workflows.

Customer-focused mindset with experience handling email and ticket-based communication.

Bonus Points For:

Diploma or degree in Business, Operations, or related field.

Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM or project-tracking systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
