Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Operations associate who is an experienced and senior HR professional to perform a broad range of integral functions with the Head Office group in tandem with our Chief of Staff and Portfolio Company Associate. You will be intimately involved in employee recruitment and training, and employee administrative management. This position is a rewarding opportunity for a self-motivated, diligent problem-solver. The role will have a meaningful impact on the trajectory of our Business Partners.
Your role will include, but will not be limited to:
● Assisting with payroll administration and employee benefit administration
● Processing new hires, terminations, pay changes, and other employment changes
● Operating and maintaining the employee management system.
● Employee onboarding and enrolments
● Employee offboarding
● Drafting employment contracts for Portfolio Company's Associates and Chief of Staff's review
● Posting job openings on Indeed and LinkedIn for several companies
● Administering the recruitment process, with assistance and oversight from the Portfolio Company Associate
● Reviewing applicant resumes and having candidate pre-screening calls
● Managing the applicant flow and recruitment process statistic reporting
● Manage Training programs
● Contribute to the development and implementation of people-centric initiatives
● Develop and monitor overall people strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
● Continually assessing, recommending, and implementing compensation program enhancements or changes to management based on understanding the business needs, ensuring that change management and strong communication are at the forefront
Additional office administrative tasks as required
Required Skills or Experience
● Minimum three (3) years of HR experience along with administrative, employee management, or related experience
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● High proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
● Excellent multi-tasking ability, with competing priorities and deadlines
● Ability to handle sensitive information using sound judgement while maintaining full confidentiality
● CPRH/CHRP is a plus
Salary
● $80,000-$85,000 annually, with a bonus based on individual performance
