Job Description: We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Manager to join our tenacious and fast-growing team. You will be responsible for leading and managing various projects. You are the link between our clients and the internal team, ensuring everyone is on the same page. You ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. You have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of strategic thinking in your execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- YouTube Optimization and Strategy for Clients: Develop and implement effective YouTube strategies to maximize client success.
- Account Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute account strategies that align with client goals.
- Client Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills to maintain and grow client accounts.
- Upselling Skills: Identify opportunities for increased scope and drive additional revenue.
- Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversight: Maintain oversight over all deliverables, including production and quality assurance.
- Ad Campaign Management: Collaborate with Ads Managers and strategists to create and manage YouTube ad campaigns.
- Client Communication: Maintain direct communication with clients, ensure timely responses (24-hour max weekday policy), and assign tasks to the creative team.
- Project Management: Use Trello to manage internal projects and maintain an understanding of all client tasks.
- Reporting: Proficiency in understanding and interpreting team-compiled reports to effectively communicate insights to clients. Leveraging these reports to strategically advance the account by identifying key takeaways and recommending actionable next steps.
Experience:
- Creative storytelling and content planning: At least 2 years of experience
- Account Management in a Digital Agency: At least 1 - 2 years of experience
- YouTube Marketing: At least 1 year of experience

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 CAD
- Bonus: Up to $20,000 Retention Bonus
- Benefits: Health & dental coverage after 3 months
